What We Have Sourced For Our Customers
Our supply chain has changed with time and is well diversified. By grouping the items we supply into the following categories it helps present a clearer picture of what our capabilities are.
Display Equipment
We specialize in bespoke display units. We work with one particular factory which has good design capability and can develop our customer’s ideas from a conceptual stage to final products.
Metal components
The metal components we supply come mainly from metal fabrication, alloy casting and aluminium extrusion factories. The product mix between bespoke items and standard products are about half and half.
Bed components
Customers from the bedding industry form the largest portion of our total clientele. The scope of our bed component supply is extensive. Although most of the items we supply here are standard products, we do have to tool up at our customer’s request for many items regularly.
Plastic components
Most of our plastic products are made from one of the three following materials:
-ABS (Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene)
-nylon
-POM (Polyoxymethylene)
Both virgin and recycled materials are offered, depending on customer’s preference. We always seek clarification before accepting an order.
Wooden components
We prefer to work with indigenous, replanted timber species such as poplar, eucalyptus and pine. Upon request, we can also work with readily available imported species such as beech, birch and rubberwood.
Glass components
We work with a very well equipped fabricating factory which buys in glass of different specifications and rework (shape, silk print, frost, polish, IR glue and edge) the glass to our specs. If required, we bring in aluminium and/or stainless steel bosses manufactured from other specialized shops to compliment the services of this glass factory.
LED lighting
Our focus is in 2 areas. (1) large indoor areas such as warehouses, classrooms, hospitals, offices, factory work stations and (2) outdoor areas adjacent to buildings.
Based on the information provided, we work with our customers to determine the level of lighting that has to be provided to the areas in question. We follow up with a proposal detailing the number of LED lights, the wattage of each light and the price and delivery of the whole package.
